Return Policy – The Boxing Tribe

Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided that your return meets the following conditions:

  • The order must be complete, including all parts, items, and the original packaging, in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • Only normal use of the product is allowed; damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be clean and unused before starting a return.

  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if products have been used, damaged, or do not meet the conditions above.

Returns are reviewed within 7 business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation.


How can I return my order?

Does your order meet the conditions above? Follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to: info@theboxingtribe.com

  2. Include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your full name

  • Your address details

You will then receive the correct return address from us.

Do not send the package back to the shipping address, as this is not our return address.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of withdrawal (Consumer Law NL & EU)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the last product of your order.

Important conditions

We work with an automated order system, which means orders are processed immediately. Therefore, cancellation before shipment is not possible.

A refund can only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement by email:

The withdrawal becomes final only once we have actually received the returned products.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping & delivery

Our products are shipped from the Netherlands from our own stock.

We aim for fast delivery, but the final delivery time depends on the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We kindly ask you to accept the delivery and, if desired, send it back using the return procedure.

To speed up the process, please include proof of shipment with your return.


Consequences of withdrawal / refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund for the product payments, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received both:

  • your withdrawal request, and

  • the returned products.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


Important

All returns must be sent to our official return address in the Netherlands, which you will receive once your return request has been registered.

Returns sent to incorrect addresses are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
