Terms and Conditions – The Boxing Tribe

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all additional policies referenced on our website.
Where these terms refer to “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to The Boxing Tribe.

Article 1 – Definitions

Right of withdrawal:
The legal period during which the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Consumer:
A natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the seller.

Day:
Calendar day.

Durable data carrier:
Any tool that enables the consumer to store information personally for future use.

Seller:
The Boxing Tribe, the party offering products remotely to consumers.

Distance agreement:
An agreement concluded between the seller and the consumer through a system for distance selling without the physical presence of both parties.

Means of distance communication:
Any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the parties being physically present together.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by The Boxing Tribe and to all distance agreements between The Boxing Tribe and the consumer.

Before concluding the agreement, these terms will be made available to the consumer on a durable data carrier.

Article 4 – Products, Offers and Prices

We sell clothing and fashion items for men and women.

Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible.

Colors may slightly differ due to screen settings.

Prices are listed in EUR and may be changed without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit sales per person, per address, or per region if necessary.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed.

Article 5 – Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through the “Checkout” button.

Available payment methods:

  • iDEAL

  • Bancontact

  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

After payment, the consumer will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

The agreement becomes binding once the payment has been processed.

Article 6 – Delivery

All products are shipped from the Netherlands from our own stock.

Average delivery time: 5 to 10 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day after receiving the product.

At The Boxing Tribe, we offer an extended return period of 30 days.

Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

To register a return:

Send an email to info@theboxingtribe.com including:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if damaged or incorrectly delivered)

  • Customer name and address

You will then receive the correct return address.

Returns sent to incorrect addresses are entirely at the consumer’s risk.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hygiene products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products where the seal or hygiene label has been broken

These exceptions will be clearly stated before purchase.

Article 9 – Consumer Rights

The Boxing Tribe supplies products to consumers in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU.

Products must comply with:

  • the requirement of conformity

  • the reasonable expectation of quality

  • the product description

In case of defects, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, or a refund.

Article 10 – Warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with legal requirements of quality and reliability.

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Any defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Article 11 – Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be reported within 7 days after delivery by email.

We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

If disputes cannot be resolved together, the consumer may contact a recognized dispute resolution body or the European ODR platform.

Article 12 – Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Data may be used for:

  • order processing

  • customer service

  • shipping

  • marketing (only with explicit consent)

Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Article 13 – Changes to the Terms

The Boxing Tribe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The terms in effect at the time of purchase remain applicable to that specific order.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

For consumers within the EU, local statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
